Outings and Workshops are held regularly on a diverse range of subjects and locations around our beautiful region.
Below are some activities in which the club and its members have been involved in over the last couple of years.

Children Wildflowers 2022

On Sunday the 16th of October, members travelled to the Children State Forrest for a wildflower photoshoot.
The co-ordinator for this was David Woolcock.

Yack, Myrtleford, Bright 2023

On Sunday the 29th of October, members travelled to Bright Roadtrip for a Photoshoot based on the Play School Theme.
Subjects where: There's a bear in there, And a chair as well, There are people with games and stories to tell, Open wide, Come inside and It's Play School.
The main aim of this road trip was to get together socially, whilst exploring opportunities to hone your photographic skills, in the company of likeminded people who can assist you or inspire you on your photographic journey. We met at Heiner's bakery around 10.45am, Lunch was at 1pm at the Alpine Hotel in Bright. The co-ordinator for this was Louise Peacock & Helen Bishop.

Wagga Wagga 2025

On Sunday the 16th of March, members travelled to Wagga Wagga Botanical Gardens for a Photoshoot based on Set Subjects.
Subjects where: Wrinkles, A Group (serious or silly), Signage, Something Sweet on a Shelf, Pic in a Pic, Where's Willy and Tree Chapple.
The main aim of outing was to get together socially, whilst find tuning our photographic skills. A Picnic lunch was held and a farewell afternoon tea. The co-ordinator for this was Louise Peacock & Helen Bishop.

Mahers Hill Outing 2025

On Sunday in September, members met up at Geoff's and carpooling headed off to Ludlow's Reserve for a mixture of macro and landscape photography. David Skinner gave some tips on capturing the light for our landscapes, Wooly brought all his macro equipment for those of us who wanted to learn more.
We then headed to the Noi Dep Flower Farm for a chance to capture some images of the beautiful flowers at Ross & Van & Poppy's newly established farm, where Van provided us with a beautiful lunch.
After lunch we then back to Geoff & Joys for a coffee and preparation for our trip up the hill for stunning views overlooking the weir and beyond. At the completion, Joy & Deirdre provided afternoon tea.
A big thank you to Geoff and Joy and the Noi Dep Flower Farm for hosting this outing. The co-ordinator for this was Geoff Bayes and Judy Hofmeyer.
